Margaret Jacoby, SPHR, has more than (30) thirty years of Human Resources and professional management experience in a variety of industries. She has designed human resource infrastructure and also implemented systems to ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws.
She has earned the nationally-recognized certification of Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the Human Resources Certification Institute, Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Mark Engle is Director for the Maricopa SBDC in Phoenix, Arizona. He has been a small business technical assistance provider since 1994 and was recognized by the U.S. Small Business Administration as Arizona’s 2009 Small Business & Innovation Award Winner, and National Association of Small Business Development Centers as one of ten national Star Performers.
His prior experience includes being the owner of his own consulting practice, Four Corners Consulting Group, where he contracted to provide services for the Southwest Sustainable Forests Partnership, a collaborative organization consisting of the Arizona and New Mexico State Forestry Depts., U.S. Forest Service Region 3, the Bureau of Indian Affairs, and the Little Colorado River Plateau RC&D. He was also owner/operator of a Grade A dairy operation, and has fifteen years experience in commercial banking.

Sylva Leduc, MPEC – Sage Leaders
Sylva (Syl) Leduc, is an executive coach, a leadership strategist and the published author of two books, Women’s Work and the recent book Roadmap to Success which was co-authored with Stephen Covey & Ken Blanchard
Early in her career Syl worked in many industries including banking, retail, food services and government. She even worked in the construction industry as a quality control inspector in road construction.
Nearly two decades ago, after completing two degrees in Psychology, she became a consultative coach and was eventually recruited by one of the “Big Four” consulting firms to manage large projects. She flew so often that, in less than three years, she had accumulated over one million frequent flier miles.
In 2000, Syl launched her own businesses. She was the founder and President of a successful software company which was acquired in 2005 by one of the world’s largest publishing houses. Tom Fulcher – The Idea Gardener LLC
Tom Fulcher is the founder of The Idea Gardener® LLC, a business development and marketing consulting organization. He has over 20 years of marketing, management and business development experience. He has led projects and divisions for start-up, small and large firms including Colgate-Palmolive and Heinz. Mr. Fulcher serves as COO for a technology start-up in its capital formation process and recently served as CEO of an internet firm while marketing it for eventual sale.
